Our newly built (16' long X 6.5' wide) backyard shed is ideal to store non- perishable goods. Not temp controlled (no ac/ heat) but well ventilated with multiple super large windows, and glass door (lockable). Private access through our side yard. We originally planned this as an office space / art studio as it is bright and roomy. Happy to share this space as a storage unit for your non perishable goods. Ideal if you need the extra space for your boxes in between moves. This is a beautiful , quiet, family neighborhood (Santa Clara). Access would only be by appointment during day light hours.
