We use half of our 30-foot shipping container. We use it as a shed to store bikes and tools, but it's half empty. It's a shared space, between you, out housemate, and us. It's not climate controlled. We think we've fixed all the roof leaks, but shipping containers are surprisingly leaky, so I wouldn't store fine art in here. We can give you a key so you have all-the-time access. Obviously, please store nothing hazardous, illegal, or alive. The photo I've uploaded shows it empty, but there's not a bit of stuff in it.
