My apartment unit has 2 tandem spots, but I only use one. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who needs to keep their car safe during travel (avoid those street cleaning tickets) for a few days, weeks, or even months. I have lived in this building for 13 years and it is incredibly safe. My space is furthest away from the gate against a wall, so no worries about cars on both sides pulling in and out to hit you. Since my car will be parked behind yours, will ask for 24 hours heads up to retrieve. In the event I am going out of town, I will reach out to ask if you will be needing access in my days away.
