This space can fit 2-3 RV / Boat / Vehicles for storage or general maintenance. We recently set aside a portion of our yard, covered it with wood chip mulch to minimize potential flooding during the rainy season. The largest spot is approximately 30 ft. long, and the smallest spot is around 15-20 ft. These are first-come, first served spots. While there is not water and power at the site, they are both available for a reasonable add-on fee. Access is available during normal business hours, and additional access is available by coordination with property owner. If the situation is right, we can work it out somehow.
