I have a large 6 BAY industrial grade mechanic shop with some extra space to rent out. You can work on your stuff here, I have a car lift, a pro welder, paint area, all kinds of tools. You can park cars and boats. We have tall garage doors (10ft tall 9 ft wide) that can fit large boats. We have bathroom, water hose, LED lighting, outside parking. You will be allowed to run a small business here if you want. We have cameras all over the shop that runs 24/7 and the shop has security 24/7. Space is open from 9 am to 11 pm 7 days a week.
