My garage is detached from my house and is tucked 150 feet back from the main road. It's entry door is power operated (you will be provided a PIN to get in/out whenever you need). The dimensions of the door are 10' 8"H x 13' 8"W, and the garage is 28ft deep. There are plenty of power outlets if you need to hook up a trickle charger or anything else. Note: There is a crack in the wall and floor that has been there for over a decade (happened when the structure settled). It has been inspected and is just cosmetic, no impact on the structure of the garage.
