We have a clean, carpeted basement currently available for storage. It was prepared to be a bedroom but had never been utilized as one. The remaining portion of the basement is extra storage space and laundry area. House is clean, pet free, and yard has security cameras. We are close to highway entrances and a 20 minutes’ drive to midtown Manhattan. NYC bus stops are within a walking distance. I work from home, so your belongings are safe.
