Hi. This is for half a bedroom. It is a room that gets air and is easily accessed for storage. It is heated in the winter and close to the front door of the apartment. There is natural light, though it may be blocked with a curtain. I am around to monitor things as needed and easy to coordinate with for access as needed. Just let me know when you want to swing by. More space is available. I have bedroom, basement, and backyard space. Please ask me about your specific space requirements. There are two steps down and a half steps up to get things into the apartment. Please note that I may move things around if I need to access parts of the room for maintenance. Masks are required for all persons entering the apartment. All your items must be tagged with your name on them.
