I have a large attic space available. The space to rent is basically in front of the staircase. Behind the stairs, I have some of my personal stuff (see photos). There is a full permanent staircase to get up there, so no dealing with ladders or the sort. Everything must be able to fit through a standard doorway to enter the space. The ceiling slopes with the roof so ranges from about 6ft tall down to about 3ft tall. It really is a lot of space, but the roof's varying height makes it challenging to store tall items. It is not completely climate controlled, but I have a temp controlled fan built into the roof that I control to keep it reasonable for storage. But generally the space is either warm or cool depending on the season. I have quite a few of my own items stored in the back part of the space (see photos) and have never had an issue of things getting ruined.
