Just a typical old shed (not climate controlled-so I wouldn't recommend for anything too valuable) available for storage. Perfect for those unwanted things you don't have room for until you move into your new place or if you just don't have anywhere to put it. Could also hold a small vehicle, trailer, kayaks, canoes, etc for those lake enthusiasts. I'm right by Old Hickory lake ;)
