This is a carpeted spare bedroom in the house my wife and I live in. This room also has a closet with a high shelf and closet rod. The temperature is controlled with a thermostat and has a window with blinds. I currently use it as extra storage for my bulk items, but would be cleared out during the rental period. I would prefer scheduled visits to access storage belongings
